Working With Our Firm
Questions about our location, languages, professional status and how a client relationship begins.
Do you work with clients outside Ontario or Canada?
Yes. Hesam Kazemi Immigration Inc. is based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and serves clients elsewhere in Canada and internationally. The appropriate service depends on the immigration matter and the client’s circumstances.
Are services available in English and Persian?
Yes. Meetings and client communication are available in English and Persian.
How can I verify your immigration consultant’s licence?
You can search for Seyed Hesameddin Kazemi, RCIC, Licence R707216, on the CICC Public Register. The register is the official source for confirming a consultant’s licence status.
Does sending a contact form create a consultant-client relationship?
No. Sending a question, booking an appointment or receiving general information does not by itself create a consultant-client relationship. A professional relationship begins only after the required conflict checks, scope confirmation and retainer agreement are completed.
Can an immigration consultant guarantee approval?
No. Immigration decisions are made by the responsible government authority. Professional representation can help identify issues, organize evidence and prepare a complete application, but no representative can guarantee an approval, invitation or processing date.
Permanent Residence
General questions about Express Entry, provincial programs and choosing a permanent residence pathway.
What is Express Entry?
Express Entry is the online system used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada to manage applications under specified skilled-worker immigration programs. Eligibility for a program and competitiveness within the Express Entry pool are separate questions.
What is a Provincial Nominee Program?
Provincial and territorial nominee programs allow participating provinces and territories to nominate applicants under their own immigration streams. Each stream has its own criteria, intake method and availability, and some streams connect with Express Entry while others do not.
How do I know which permanent residence program fits me?
The answer may depend on your age, education, language results, work history, occupation, Canadian experience, family circumstances, location and settlement plans. A proper assessment compares these facts against the requirements of potentially relevant programs.
Can you help me understand or improve my CRS score?
We can review how your information affects your Comprehensive Ranking System score, identify documentation concerns and discuss lawful options that may affect your profile. No representative can promise a particular score increase or invitation to apply.
Temporary Residence
Questions about visiting, studying or working in Canada and maintaining temporary resident status.
What is the difference between a visitor visa and visitor status?
A temporary resident visa is generally a travel document used to seek entry to Canada. Your authorized period and conditions of stay are separate matters. Depending on the situation, a visitor record may document or extend visitor status inside Canada.
What should a study permit application explain?
A study permit application normally needs to address the proposed program, educational purpose, financial ability, supporting documents and the applicant’s broader circumstances. The required evidence depends on the applicant, program and current rules.
Which type of work permit might apply to me?
Canada has employer-specific and open work permit categories, but not every applicant qualifies for each type. Eligibility may depend on the job, employer, immigration status, family relationship, public policy or another specific program.
Can family members submit temporary residence applications together?
In some circumstances, family applications can be submitted together or linked, but each person must still qualify for the document or status requested. The timing and evidence should be reviewed for the whole family.
Can I apply again after a visa or permit refusal?
A new application may be possible, but simply resubmitting the same information may not resolve the refusal. The decision, application record, supporting evidence and any changed circumstances should be reviewed before deciding on the next step.
Family Sponsorship
General questions about sponsoring eligible relatives and preparing relationship evidence.
Which family members may be eligible for sponsorship?
Canadian citizens and permanent residents may be able to sponsor a spouse, partner, dependent child or certain other eligible relatives through specific programs. Sponsor and applicant eligibility must both be assessed.
What evidence is needed for a spouse or partner sponsorship?
The evidence depends on the legal relationship and the couple’s history. Applications commonly require identity and civil-status documents together with evidence showing that the relationship is genuine and meets the applicable legal definition.
Can a spouse or partner apply from inside Canada?
There are different sponsorship routes and practical considerations for applicants living inside or outside Canada. Current status, travel plans, work authorization, processing strategy and the couple’s circumstances should be reviewed before choosing a route.
Does marriage automatically result in permanent residence?
No. Marriage by itself does not grant permanent residence. The sponsor and applicant must qualify, submit the required application and evidence, and receive approval from IRCC.
Application Process
Questions about documents, submission, processing times, updates and post-submission follow-up.
What documents will I need for an immigration application?
The document list depends on the program and your circumstances. It may include identity, civil-status, education, employment, language, financial, travel, police or medical documents, along with forms and written explanations. A personalized checklist should be prepared after the application strategy is confirmed.
How long will IRCC take to process my application?
Processing times change and are estimates rather than guarantees. They may vary by application type, completeness, complexity, volume and other factors. Check the official IRCC processing-time tool for current information.
What happens after an application is submitted?
The next steps vary by application. IRCC may issue an acknowledgement, request biometrics, medical examinations, additional documents or explanations, and later communicate a decision. For full-representation files, our firm monitors communications and remains involved through the final decision.
How can I check the status of an application?
The correct account, portal or tracker depends on the application type. IRCC provides an official application-status guide explaining which tool to use.
What if my circumstances change after submission?
Changes such as a new address, passport, marital status, family composition, employment situation or other material information may need to be reported. Tell your authorized representative promptly so the appropriate reporting method and supporting documents can be considered.
